Grief and Bereavement Support
I consider Grief and Bereavement therapy a privilege. Though often used interchangeably, grief is a reaction to loss, while bereavement is the period following a death. Grief is not limited to death but can result from any loss. People grieve differently, and there are various valid responses. Unfortunately, society often struggles to accept the vulnerability and raw emotion of grief. In these times of solitude, I'm here to sit alongside you. I don't believe in "getting over" or "moving on" from loss; instead, I advocate for growth, adaptation, and integrating loss into our ongoing lives. I'm here to help you navigate this experience and create a healing narrative.
